Shipping policy

 

Order Processing Time
  1. Most orders leave our warehouse within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
  2. Orders submitted on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day and may take a little longer.
  3. Our warehouse operates Monday – Friday during standard business hours (excluding holidays). Even when holiday closures occur, we make every effort to keep any resulting delays to a minimum.

 

Shipping Options and Rate
  • Carrier selection: We always choose the most cost-effective carrier for your address; this choice can’t be changed on request. 
  • Shipping fees: Exact charges appear at checkout before you pay.
  • Signature-required deliveries: If you select “Signature Required,” please ensure that someone is available at the shipping address to sign for the package.
  • Potential delays: Delivery times can be affected by weather, carrier backlogs, customs, or other factors outside our control. Altafuse is not liable for these external delays.
  • P.O. boxes: Shipments to P.O. box addresses may take longer than standard deliveries.

Order Changes and Cancellations
  • Email support@altafuse.com as soon as possible after purchase if you need to cancel.
  • If payment has cleared but the parcel has not yet shipped, we can cancel the order and issue a full refund.
  • We’ll do everything we can to intercept the order before it leaves our warehouse, but once a tracking number is generated or the parcel has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. If the package is already on its way, please follow our standard return procedure instead; any applicable restocking fees will apply.

 

Shipping Location
  • We offer delivery in the U.S. (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Guam.) and Canada. Please email support@altafuse.com to request a delivery to other counties.
  • Shipping time to P.O. boxes might be delayed.

 

Tracking
  • You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided (the tracking number will be active within 24 hours). Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays.
  • Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.
  • If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us and we will resolve this issue within 48 hours.

Delivery Delays

If your shipment appears to be running late, email support@altafuse.com with your order number and we’ll immediately investigate the status with the carrier. Thank you for your patience and support.

 

Customs and Import Duties

Occasionally, your government may assess customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees when the shipment arrives in your country. These charges are determined and collected by your local customs authority—Altafuse has no control over them and does not receive any portion of the fees. All such costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
