Machine Instructions

How do I return my order?

If you would like to return your order, please fill out the return form that came with the package. Make sure to include all the information requested on the form, such as the order number and the reason for the return. Once the form is complete, carefully seal the package and attach the shipping label that was also included with the package. Place the package in an appropriate shipping box and be sure to take the package to the post office or a courier service as soon as possible. If you have any questions about the return process, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, but if you are not, we are here to help.

All orders can be returned within 30 days.

Once we have received the order return, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.

Can I still change my order?

If you want to change your order, please send us an email. We will see what is still possible.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a track & trace code by mail. This way you can track your order.

Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before the track & trace is available. Can't track your package after 48h? Please send us an email and we will contact the shipping company.

Return & Refund

Do I have to create an account?

No, you don't have to create an account. However, we strongly recommend that you create an account so that you can take advantage of the various benefits it offers. For example, you will be able to access your account easily the next time you visit us, and you will also be able to get personalized recommendations and services tailored to your needs. By creating an account with us, you will be able to make the most out of our services and save time in the future.

How do I change my account password?

If you have forgotten your password, don't worry. You can easily reset it by clicking the 'forgot password' link. Once you click the link, you will receive an email with instructions on how to create a new password. Follow the instructions to set a new password that is secure and easy to remember. Remember to keep your password safe and never share it with anyone.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your ALTA1 infusion machine! However, if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 30 days of purchase. You can return your Altafuse machine for a refund, minus restocking fees. Please note that accessories and gummy mixes cannot be returned. You can refer to ourReturn Policy.

How do I make a return?

Simply contact our friendly customer support team at support@altafuse.com. They'll provide you with detailed return instructions and a shipping label (for US customers). Pack your machine securely in its original packaging and send it back to us. You can refer to ourReturn Policy.

What happens if my machine is damaged upon arrival?

If your machine arrives with external damage or defects, please stop unpacking, document the issue with photos or video and email our support team at support@altafuse.com. You may be eligible for a replacement within 30 days of purchase, and warranty claims can be made within the 1-year warranty period. You can refer to ourReturn Policy.

Can I return a used machine?

Yes, you can return your used ALTA1 within the 30-day return period. However, a 10-25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover cleaning and inspection costs. Please be aware, items returned with malicious damage that fails our quality check will not qualify for a refund. These items can be shipped back to the customer upon request. What does the one-year warranty cover?

The warranty covers manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase for products bought from altafuse.com. It does not cover damage due to misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear. You can refer to our Warranty Policy to learn more.

How do I claim a warranty service?

Contact customer support at support@altafuse.com with your details and we will ask you to complete a warranty claim form. We may repair or replace the product after inspection. You can refer to ourWarranty Policyto learn more.

Are there any exclusions to what the warranty covers?

Yes, the warranty does not cover products not purchased directly from our website, damage from improper use or environmental factors, unauthorized repairs, cosmetic wear and tear, tampered serial numbers, or products that have been disassembled or modified. Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take to ship an order?

Orders are dispatched within three days after they're placed. For US domestic deliveries, the transit typically takes 3-5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress to your doorstep.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated based on your order total and delivery location. You'll see the specific shipping cost before confirming your order. We offer free standard shipping within the US on orders over $30!

Do you offer international shipping?

Unfortunately, we currently only ship to US (exclude Hawaii and Alaska). Any customs, duties, or additional fees associated with international shipments are the customer's responsibility.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking information. You can use this information to track your package's progress on the carrier's website.

I received the wrong item. What should I do?

My order has missing items. What should I do?

I want to change my order. Is this possible?

If you need to change your order, please contact our customer support team at support@altafuse.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate changes before your order is shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified.

How do I cancel an order?

To cancel an order that hasn't yet shipped, please contact our customer support team at support@altafuse.com right away. They'll process your cancellation and ensure you receive a full refund. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

What is the warranty on the machine?

What is your return policy for purchases made with a promo code?

We want you to be fully satisfied with your ALTA1 purchase, even if you used a promo code. Here's how our return policy applies to promo code purchases:
- Eligible for return: Items purchased with a promo code are eligible for return within the standard 30-day return window.
- Refund amount: You'll receive a refund for the amount you paid, minus the value of the promo code discount.
- Restocking fee: If you return a used machine, the 15% restocking fee still applies.
- Promo code re-use: Once a promo code has been used, it cannot be re-used for future purchases.

Potency Calculation

How can I estimate the potency of my infusion?

While exact potency calculations can be complex, here are some general guidelines to help you estimate:
i. Know the herb's potency: Start with the potency of the herb you're using (usually expressed as a percentage).
ii. Factor in infusion loss: Not all of the herb's compounds will transfer to the oil. Assume a loss of approximately 10-15% during infusion.
iii. Calculate infused oil's potency: Multiply the herb's potency by the weight of herb used, and then divide by the volume of oil to get a rough estimate of milligrams per milliliter (mg/mL).

Example:
- Herb potency: 15%
- Herb weight: 14 grams
- Oil volume: 250 mL

Estimated oil potency = (15% x 14 grams) / 250 mL ≈ 0.84 mg THC/mL

Does ALTA1 have a potency calculator?

Each machine package includes a potency chart card. By referencing the herb potency, weight, and oil volume, you can easily estimate the final potency using the included chart.

Can I test my infusion for accurate potency?

If you need precise potency measurements, consider using third-party laboratory testing services. They can analyze your infusion and provide a detailed report.
