How to make infused syrup

Crafting Your Own Infused Syrup with Ease

Today, we embark on a delicious journey, with the help from your trusty ALTA1 – infused syrup. Gather your favorite herbs, fruits, or spices, and prepare to infuse your way to a symphony of flavors!

Ingredients

  • 14 grams of herbs
  • 1 cup of water
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 4 teaspoons of glycerin

Equipment

  • Your ALTA1 machine.
  • A strainer.
  • A pot (optional).

Instructions

Prepare the Sugar Syrup:

  • In a pot, combine 1 cup of water and 2 cups of sugar.
  • Mix well and heat until the mixture thickens slightly, forming a syrup.

Infuse with ALTA 1:

  • Transfer the sugar syrup to the ALTA 1 by Altafuse.
  • Add 14 grams of herbs and 4 teaspoons of glycerin to the mixture.
  • Set the ALTA 1 to the "Altafuse" cycle default setting and infuse for 60 minutes.

Final Steps:

  • Once the infusion is complete, carefully remove the mixture from the ALTA 1.
  • Allow the syrup to cool before storing it in a clean, airtight container.

 

You can use the THC syrup as desired in beverages or recipes for an enhanced experience. And store the syrup in a cool, dark place. Use within a few weeks for the best quality.
